Remote Customer Support Advisor - Dutch Speaking Job in UK Concentrix

Who you are

• Are proficient or bilingual in Dutch and English (oral and written)
• Are flexible to work on an 8-hour rotational shift pattern Monday to Sunday between 8am and 12 midnight
• Have a minimum broadband speed of 10mbps and a private/distraction free location to work from
• Have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• Are proficient in computer literacy and ability to navigate social media platforms
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have a spotless record free from any credit criminal or disciplinary issues

Desirables

• Experience in community management
• Engaging on social media

What the job involves

• Respond to customers via emails and Social Media Platforms including Facebook X and Instagram providing excellent customer service
• Maximize opportunities to showcase brand's products
• Respond to general customer queries i.e. missing orders payment issues product availability or recommendations
• Deal with order queries including cancellations returns modifying orders
• Ensure a professional call manner and remain knowledgeable on products/services on offer
• Maintain and proactively improve sales skills product knowledge and competitor knowledge
• Develop relationships with customers and encourage referrals
• Provide the best possible customer experience at all times
