Who you are

  • Experience in Customer Support Cloud Support Technical Support or Product Support Engineer roles (4+ years).
  • Expertise in data catalogs data governance data quality and observability.
  • Technical proficiency with SQL REST APIs Linux/CLI/Kubernetes and cloud technologies (AWS Azure GCP).
  • Familiar with DBT Snowflake Databricks and data platforms and governance.
  • Strong customer relationship skills recommended.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field preferred.
