Who you are

  • College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5+ years Software and/or In-App troubleshooting experience.
  • Level 2 or Level 3 IT support experience.
  • Experience in Windows environment (Windows 10, Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, SQL, VMware, and/or Hyper-V).
  • Experience documenting practices in IT knowledge base.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other VM maintenance environment.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.

Desirables

  • Microsoft and Cisco Certifications.
  • Experience with PowerShell, VB.net, or Visual Basic.
  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting practices.
  • Experience with OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, Blackline, SAP Outlooksoft BPC, SAP BOFC, IBM Cognos.
  • Knowledge of MS Azure, AWS, Vbox, VMWare.



What the job involves

  • Work with external customers to provide product/software support and resolve technical issues.
  • Respond to product-related customer issues and triage problems.
  • Provide remote support and troubleshoot product configuration issues.
  • Ensure customer interactions are positive and urgent.
  • Lead by example, encourage team-based resolution and cross-training.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
