Who you are

  • Must have 3-5 years of software troubleshooting experience.
  • Familiarity with Windows environments including Windows 10 Server and SQL Server.
  • Experience with cloud services particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong documentation skills and experience in a technical support role.
  • Results-driven with ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
