Who you are
3-5+ years of software and/or in-app troubleshooting experience
Experience in a Level 2 or Level 3 IT support environment
Experience supporting customers in a Windows environment
Experience documenting best practices in an IT knowledge base
College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience
Working weekends is mandatory.

What the job involves
You will provide overall product/software support and resolve technical issues for OneStream customers
You will triage problems and complete changes to Customer Azure environments
You will lead by example and ensure all customer interactions are positive and handled with high urgency.
