Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science field required
  • Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving with pathology equipment desired
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to customer service
  • Ability to travel extensively and handle on-site customer interactions effectively

What the job involves

  • Provide on-site installation maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues and advise on preventive maintenance
  • Respond to customer needs by providing repair installation and preventive maintenance for tissue diagnostic IVD devices
  • Complete administrative tasks and ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting
