Who you are

• 2+ years experience resolving customer issues through research and analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with Energy Efficiency and Income Qualified programs preferred
• Proficiency with Emaps iEnergy and/or C4C platforms preferred
• Proficiency with SAP or similar enterprise software preferred
• Ability to assess research and analyze information to make sound decisions
• Initiative and accountability for accuracy of information and achieving results
• Ability to integrate work across relevant areas managing risks and information appropriately
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Customer-centric to understand and appropriately respond to internal and external client's business needs
• Ability to interface effectively and collaborate with others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency attention to detail and multi-tasking in a team environment

What the job involves

• Gather analyze documents to ensure compliance and Customer Satisfaction is met when processing invoices applications and renewal of programs
• Conduct customer outreach guiding on missing or incorrect applications rebates and Service Orders
• Validate information on applications research identify missing information check data accuracy and verify account eligibility status
• Deliver training and develop training material aligning it with SCE and CPUC mandates and report findings
• Manage complete daily reports keeping Program Advisors updated on program changes and updates
• Support energy efficiency income qualified or similar program inquiries
• Open incoming mail separate by type and distribute to processors scan/upload documents via Kofax OCR and SharePoint
• Safeguard customer confidential documents adhering to SCE and CPUC retention policies
