Day to day
- Provide Tier I technical support and end-user training for Virtual Health equipment and remote clinical systems.
- Create monitor and resolve trouble tickets and escalate issues according to knowledge base guidance.
- Install troubleshoot repair and maintain Windows 10 clients peripheral devices teleconferencing tools and related medical device systems.
