What the job involves

• Support our customers through their Cyber Essentials Basic certifications.
• Provide remote consulting support and application marketing for customers.
• Take ownership of our customers Cyber Essentials applications, including setting up, tracking, marking, and reporting on the service.
• Provide support via email, Teams, and by phone.
• Assist the Sales team with assessment scoping calls.
• Respond to customer queries and complete admin tasks related to Cyber Essentials.
• Contribute to the training and marketing teams with ideas for new content.
