Day to day
- Support our customers through their Cyber Essentials Basic certifications.
- Provide remote consulting support and application marketing for customers.
- Take ownership of our customers Cyber Essentials applications, including setting up, tracking, marking, and reporting on the service.
- Provide support via email, Teams, and by phone.
- Assist the Sales team with assessment scoping calls.
- Respond to customer queries and complete admin tasks related to Cyber Essentials.
- Contribute to the training and marketing teams with ideas for new content.
