Remote Cyber Security Architect Job in UK Eviden

Who you are

• Proven experience as a Cyber Security Architect, or subject matter expert
• Proven experience in commercial, public and/or industrial sectors
• Demonstrable understanding of information security requirements and capabilities across industries
• Experience in design and deployment in 1 or 2 areas: Endpoint, network and infrastructure threat protection, Cloud Security within Azure and/or AWS, IAM – Identity Access Management, SIEM and MDR, Vulnerability Scanning, DLP – Data loss prevention, PKI – Public key infrastructure
• Ability to take a hands on approach and involvement in deployment
• Ability to write and review reports, procedures, and standards

Desirables

• Industry recognized technology certification
• Knowledge of UK government protective marking standards
• Awareness of common exploits and vulnerabilities
• Strong network engineering and server architecture awareness
• Previous hands-on experience in network/server and/or security operational roles

What the job involves

• Understand client requirements for cyber security solutions and translate these into technology-based solutions using several suitable portfolio offerings
• Provide advice to clients on technical and operational security measures designed to help defend against cyber threats
• Lead deployments of cyber security portfolio solutions for existing and new clients
• Author, own, and peer approve High-Level Design (HLD) documentation
• Ensure technical sign-off of Low-Level Design (LLD) and operational documentation
• Act as mentor and provide support to colleagues in our Engineering teams
• Provide technical input to bids, solutions, and RFP documents
