- 6+ years of hands-on technical experience
- Experience in Cyber Security and SaaS platforms
- Ability to deliver technical presentations and workshops
- Knowledge of malware threat intelligence and sandbox analysis
- Certifications such as CISSP CEH OSCP and SANS
- Familiarity with endpoint or network security space
Day to day
- Serve as a technical liaison and subject matter expert
- Develop compelling stories for customers
- Support customer proof of concept efforts
- Deliver cybersecurity solutions to technical challenges
- Collaborate closely with Post-Sales Customer Success
- Develop and deliver training presentations
- Assist in technical training and industry events
- Mentor new team members
