  • Experience in a Microsoft-focused sales pre-sales or solutions role
  • Awareness of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and AI capabilities
  • Understanding of the wider Microsoft ecosystem including M365 Azure and Microsoft AI solutions
  • Ability to support and deliver demonstrations workshops and customer presentations
  • Confident communication skills both virtual and in-person
  • Good relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with vendors or supporting go-to-market activities desirable
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and contribute to solution discussions
  • Organised approach with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities

Day to day

  • Present and explain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and AI capabilities to customers and internal teams
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities across Dynamics 365 CRM Azure AI and related offerings
  • Support workshops demonstrations whiteboarding sessions and sales presentations to showcase solution value
  • Work alongside sales bids technical consultants account managers and partner organisations to progress opportunities
  • Help drive adoption governance and best practice across Dynamics 365 and AI solutions after sale
