Day to day
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across D365 CE modules including Sales Customer Service and Field Service
- Work closely with clients to define requirements roadmap and technical strategy for enterprise CRM solutions
- Design scalable secure high-performing solutions and provide architectural governance throughout delivery
- Support pre-sales scoping and solution design workshops while advising on integrations data Power Platform and Azure
