What the job involves

• Lead the end-to-end D365 CRM implementation process with a business change focus
• Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and internal resources
• Review and advise on development solutions to ensure they are fit for purpose
• Ensure thorough testing of the D365 CRM system including integration performance and user acceptance testing in coordination with developers and stakeholders
• Oversee the transition to new versions of the ERP system providing post-implementation support and addressing day-to-day issues as they arise
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans documentation timelines and budgets
