Who you are

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of reporting and analytics capabilities within ServiceNow and PowerBI
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow data structures and access methods
  • Understanding of ITIL and core processes
  • Experience in building complex reports and dashboards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and other tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret data
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality reports
  • Experience in developing and implementing reporting solutions
  • Advanced certifications in data analysis or business intelligence tools are a plus
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

What the job involves

  • Develop and deliver data analytics, reports, and dashboards for performance improvement within IT Service Management and other business processes using ServiceNow data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and ITSM process owners to understand data needs and produce actionable reports and dashboards.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track ITSM and business process performance, provide insights for process improvements, and create executive-level review artifacts.
