Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics capabilities within ServiceNow and PowerBI
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with ServiceNow data structures and access methods
- Understanding of ITIL and core processes
- Experience in building complex reports and dashboards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and other tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret data
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality reports
- Experience in developing and implementing reporting solutions
- Advanced certifications in data analysis or business intelligence tools are a plus
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Day to day
- Develop and deliver data analytics, reports, and dashboards for performance improvement within IT Service Management and other business processes using ServiceNow data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ITSM process owners to understand data needs and produce actionable reports and dashboards.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track ITSM and business process performance, provide insights for process improvements, and create executive-level review artifacts.
