  • Experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst ideally in MSP staffing or workforce solutions
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Service
  • Advanced knowledge of DAX Power Query M and SQL
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices
  • Experience with large and complex datasets
  • Good understanding of workforce data and related metrics
  • Familiarity with VMS tools such as Fieldglass Beeline or VNDLY
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present data clearly
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Day to day
