Requirements
- Experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst ideally in MSP staffing or workforce solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Service
- Advanced knowledge of DAX Power Query M and SQL
- Solid understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices
- Experience with large and complex datasets
- Good understanding of workforce data and related metrics
- Familiarity with VMS tools such as Fieldglass Beeline or VNDLY
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to present data clearly
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
