- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
- Strong SQL background and ability to write efficient queries
- Experience with insuretech and agency management solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with Git, dbt and snowflake
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Ability to work remotely, independently and in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
