Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience
• PBM/health plan experience required
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics
• Skilled in complex data analysis and large data set management
• Knowledge of data management statistics and modeling
• Proficient in SQL and Excel; knowledgeable in Python or R preferred
• Excellent multitasking and project management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

What the job involves

• Oversee analytics to support ongoing operations needs
• Collaborate with key functional area leaders to refine and automate data workflows
• Develop and manage ad hoc and standard reports for analytics and reporting purposes
• Clean collect organize and draw insights from various data using SQL or Excel with potential use of Python/R
• Assist in maintaining and writing SQL queries for finance operations
• Identify data irregularities and improve data quality and intake processes
• Support bi-monthly AR/AP cycles annual reconciliations and improve financial processes
• Build out and refine billing structures and automate processes
• Engage in proactive communication and collaboration for process enhancement
