Requirements
- 3-4 years in a data analyst role ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Python required including pandas numpy and at least one stats library
- Strong SQL across a cloud warehouse preferably Redshift with complex joins window functions and CTEs
- Hands-on dbt experience writing models running tests and understanding transformation layers
- Familiarity with a BI tool such as LightDash or similar
- Experience with multi-entity or relational data in B2B B2B2C or SaaS
- Ability to orient quickly in a live environment and become productive fast
- Clear communicator who can translate findings into plain language
- Right to work in the UK

Day to day
- Maintain client reporting by understanding existing LightDash dashboards and fixing trust issues at the dbt model level
- Map lender product and end-user entity relationships quickly and identify data gaps and inconsistencies
- Own KPI and segmentation reporting while building toward cohort forecasting experimentation analysis and board-ready narratives
