As a Data Analyst, you will be the analytical engine behind our most important client relationships. Your mission is to use data to prove the ROI of our cybersecurity training platform. This role sits on our Federal Sales team, reporting to our SVP of Global Federal & SLED. The team consists of account executives and collaborates closely with BDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success. The role works closely with the Data Engineering team.

Build interactive Looker/Tableau dashboards and presentations that make ROI legible at every level of the USGActionable behavioral insights — Run deep-dive analysis on user behavior and simulation logs to identify high-risk cohorts, and give clients tailored recommendations to optimize their training curriculum based on engagement signals (completion velocity, adoption, drop-off)Technical data integrity — Maintain rigorous data hygiene by auditing the flow of training telemetry from platform to reporting layer.
