Requirements
- Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience in relational databases
- Skilled in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent
- Understanding of ETL processes and data integration
- Knowledge of Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouse platforms is a plus
- Proven experience in managing and executing data strategies in medium to large organizations
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage relationships with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience working with offshore engineering teams and managing remote collaborations
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of how data can drive business outcomes
- Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions, particularly Snowflake
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation

- Define and drive the data and analytics strategy for our organization
- Guide our data initiatives and collaborate with offshore engineering teams
- Oversee the transition to Snowflake for advanced data management and analytics capabilities
