Remote Data Analytics Manager Job in UK Hagerty

Who you are

• Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience in relational databases
• Skilled in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent
• Understanding of ETL processes and data integration
• Knowledge of Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouse platforms is a plus
• Proven experience in managing and executing data strategies in medium to large organizations
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage relationships with business and technical stakeholders
• Experience working with offshore engineering teams and managing remote collaborations
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of how data can drive business outcomes
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions

Desirables

• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions, particularly Snowflake
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation
