What the job involves
Ensure effective delivery of technical support and installations, including break-fix tasks related to hardware, network, cabling, and rack deployments
Manage installations, escalate problems, participate in site planning, and provide technical solutions timely
Support deployment of on-site datacenter physical infrastructure, perform system board-level repair, and ensure compliance with internal policies
