Requirements
- Experience with a DCIM platform such as Sunbird Nlyte Device42 or similar
- Experience with a ticketing or ITSM system such as ServiceNow Jira or Zendesk
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written English
- Able to work hours overlapping with UK business hours

Day to day
- Manage and maintain DCIM records with precision across assets capacity power and connectivity data
- Triage track and resolve incident and service request tickets to agreed SLA targets while identifying recurring issues
- Support asset moves adds and changes and keep client documentation accurate current and well organised
