    What the job involves

    • Responsible for effective delivery of technical support and installations for hardware, network, cabling and rack deployments in an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure datacenter
    • Prioritize ticketing queues, resolving escalations, and clearing blocking issues according to internal polices and service level agreements
    • Provide 24x7 site coverage for the Oracle OCI datacenter, participating in configuration and implementing technical solutions to enhance and/or troubleshoot the system
