Responsible for effective delivery of technical support and installations for hardware, network, cabling and rack deployments in an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure datacenter
Prioritize ticketing queues, resolving escalations, and clearing blocking issues according to internal polices and service level agreements
Provide 24x7 site coverage for the Oracle OCI datacenter, participating in configuration and implementing technical solutions to enhance and/or troubleshoot the system
