Requirements
- 3+ years delivering large-scale cloud data platforms
- Experience in Delivery Lead Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner roles
- Experience in platform change management or user adoption strategies
- Ability to create training workshops and documentation
- Experience with data pipeline readiness and ELT ETL architectures for AI model integration
- Strong understanding of data ecosystems data warehousing and orchestration tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills

Day to day
- Lead the delivery of RWS' new Enterprise Data Platform and support the wider data strategy.
- Work closely with Data Architects and Data Engineers to coordinate end-to-end technical execution and platform rollout.
- Drive adoption across business units through training materials documentation and user enablement while translating progress into clear stakeholder updates.
