Requirements
- High school diploma and two years directly related experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn new database technologies
- Skilled in acquiring and preparing data
- Demonstrated logic and coding capability
- Process improvement thinking
- Proficiency in SQL Server preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
Day to day
- Provide operational, technical, and collaborative support in data management
- Assist in maintaining Data Warehouse, ETL processes, and data extracts
- Support decision making, strategy, performance improvement, and operational goals through analytics infrastructure maintenance
- Offer proactive and reactive support while upholding professional and cultural standards with good customer service skills
