Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or data warehouse development
- Experience leading enterprise data warehouse implementations
- Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouse platforms such as BigQuery Snowflake or Redshift with Databricks preferred
- Expert-level SQL skills and strong data modeling capabilities
- Experience with modern ETL and ELT tools and practices
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehouse design patterns
- Experience establishing data governance standards and best practices
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
- Experience integrating with Salesforce MySQL PostgreSQL and APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms preferably Google Cloud Platform and modern data stack tools
- Experience with version control CI/CD and collaborative development workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to data quality and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional collaboration

Day to day
- Lead the design implementation and maintenance of an enterprise data warehouse supporting internal analytics
- Own the migration and refactor of the data warehouse from Google BigQuery to Databricks and support all internal analytics use cases
- Build scalable ETL and ELT pipelines data models and governance processes that turn business needs into reliable well structured data
