Who you are
- Experience using Python for data transformation and task automation
- Experience with AWS Glue, Athena, AWS RDS, MS SQL, and Cloud Native Data Management
- Understanding of common BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Excel
- Working knowledge of ITIL incident management, service-level management, change management, release management, and availability management for databases and data management systems
What the job involves
- The Data Engineer will be responsible for quality delivery of analytic data services as part of the Experian Global Security Office
- Focus on the development, automation, and build of transformation routines to support the Security Metrics function
- Apply policies and business rules to ensure the availability of both point-in-time and trending data for reporting
- Help secure storage, query protection and data usage along with implementing error detection, data quality checks and performance management
