- Experience in fast-paced startup environments or data-centric healthcare roles
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

- Strong opinion on modern data infrastructure, tools, and patterns
- Experience with Looker, Snowflake, relational SQL and NoSQL databases
- Skilled with scripting languages such as Golang, Python, Java, C++, Scala
- Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools like Airflow
- Excellent technical vision and architecture skills
