Requirements

  • Passionate about data engineering and manipulating data for business decisions
  • Experience in building data warehouses using Kimball methodology and Data Vault 2.0 approach
  • Skills in data tools, data theory, and design
  • Proven experience in Data Development, ETL pipelines, and performance management
  • Extensive knowledge of the SQL language
  • Experience with cloud technologies like Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft data stack (SSIS, SSMS, SSRS)
  • Excellent team working and communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Day to day

  • Join a dynamic Group IT Team at ZIGUP as a Data Engineer crafting solutions on the MS SQL server stack
  • Work on numerous projects across the organization using Agile and Kanban methodologies
  • Drive the new Data Platforms Strategy by developing data solutions using cloud technologies
