• Excellent typing and computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of banking systems and practices is preferred but not required

What the job involves

• Ensuring accurate and timely entry of customer data and transactions into the bank's databases
• Auditing and verifying the accuracy of data entered
• Diagnosing and resolving data-related issues, such as formatting, input errors or incomplete information
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure data is consistent throughout the bank's systems
• Performing regular data backups
• Supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary data and documentation
