Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration Project Management or a related field
  • PMP certification (or equivalent) required additional certifications in relevant areas preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on data management and complex projects
  • Familiarity with project management software tools methodologies and best practices
  • Strong knowledge and previous experience in business analysis including requirements gathering documentation and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage project teams to achieve high performance
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate project challenges
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Competency in identifying assessing and mitigating project risks
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and business needs maintaining flexibility and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • General understanding of renewable energy or related industries is a plus



What the job involves

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge our requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases
  • The Project Manager is accountable for the success of the project
  • Estimate and secure the necessary resources including team members and materials to achieve project goals
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project communications clearly conveying project status issues and risks to all stakeholders
  • Identify potential project risks and issues develop mitigation strategies and escalate concerns as necessary
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and company policies and standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into project requirements as needed
  • Manage and resolve conflicts within the project team and with external stakeholders
  • Track project performance against objectives manage changes to scope or schedule and conduct project closure activities to formalize acceptance of the outcomes
  • Work with detailed business analysis to understand and document business requirements translating them into actionable project plans
  • Lead and motivate project teams fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment
  • Work closely with the PMO to ensure alignment of project goals adherence to governance standards and successful integration with other ongoing digital initiatives
