Remote Data Infrastructure Engineer Job in United States MongoDB

Who you are

• Advanced understanding of SQL with ability to review SQL statements
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Hadoop or Spark
• Proficiency in data pipelines and workflow management tools such as Airbyte
• Ability to write maintainable code and documentation in at least one language (preferably Go)
• Knowledge of CI/CD systems for data platform deployment and changes
• Use of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
• Up-to-date with cloud-native infrastructure for data services
• Capability to independently lead small-to-medium sized projects
• Responsible for stability performance durability and security of data platform infrastructure
• Proactive in resolving issues using expertise

Desirables

• Familiarity with MQL
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages
• Adaptability in infrastructure design
• Experience with container orchestration systems
• Understanding of telemetry data
• Expertise in data reliability and integrity
• Awareness of cloud provider data offerings
