- 5+ years of experience in data management, preferably in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Supply Chain.
- Expertise in SAP, S/4HANA, and master data management.
- Proven leadership in process change or systems implementation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across matrix organizations.
What the job involves
- Manage key data processes and implement best practices for data governance.
- Lead SAP TM implementation for Supply Hubs.
- Oversee Customer Master Data processes globally, ensuring data integrity and continuous quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support master data challenges and new requirements.
- Develop data strategies, conduct workshops, and support the Go-Live process.
