Requirements

  • 3+ years in hybrid data engineering and data administration or similar
  • Experience with data lakes Azure Databricks Fivetran and Power Automate
  • Deep SQL expertise and familiarity with relational database architecture especially Azure SQL
  • 1+ year experience with Azure SQL
  • Azure Database Administrator Associate certification preferred
  • 2+ years experience with Microsoft Power BI Premium or Fabric
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps source control tools
  • Ability to write clean reusable SQL and Python scripts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads
  • Collaborates well in a team environment

Day to day

  • Build and maintain ETL and ELT pipelines across multiple systems to keep data flowing reliably
  • Optimize cloud-based Azure SQL platforms and related data infrastructure for high performance availability and security
  • Create support and maintain Power BI dashboards reports and data definitions that enable actionable insights for cross-functional teams
