Who you are

• Degree in relevant subject or equivalent qualification
• Experience as a BI Data Platform Engineer
• Develop CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in developing release processes and documentation
• Experience in using version control tools
• BI platform project experience with Microsoft enterprise BI stack/Azure
• Experience with Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse, and Analysis Services
• Design, implement, and maintain data platforms and solutions
• Work effectively in Agile teams
• Collaborate across BI/IT teams internally and externally
• Deliver projects to standard and deadline with excellent time management
• Professional communication skills with team colleagues and stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail, able to work independently under time pressure

• Coordinate projects and data processes
• Line manage DevOps Engineer(s)
• Design, configure, and maintain effective data platforms and data flows
• Accountable for setting up, configuring, and managing data platforms
• Support Data Architect in defining and maintaining Data Architecture roadmap
• Monitor data platforms and data flows for issue resolution
• Configuration of data management and analytical platforms
• Implement automated processes for setup and maintenance of data platforms
• Undertake investigation and recommendations for Data Platform Incidents
