Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in a QA role, with a particular focus on Data QA
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficiency in SQL or BigQuery Standard SQL for data validation and testing
- Experience with automated UI testing tools
- Understanding of ML models and methodologies for QA’ing training data
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Day to day
- Play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and excellence of our products
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective testing strategies
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to understand product changes and define applicable tests
- Carry out functional, integration, and regression testing focusing on data testing
- Use queries or other tools to validate data, verify transformation rules, and conduct back-end testing
- Implement automated UI testing processes using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
- Document QA procedures, ensuring the sharing of knowledge and best practices within the team
