- Have at least 4 years of experience as a Data Science Manager, managing a team of over 4 people
- Strong strategic data leader with experience in Product data science
- Ability to generate insights that influence Marketing decisions
- Experience working with c-level peers and managing top-tier Data Science talent

- Lead the Growth Data Team in developing and delivering data strategy
- Work collaboratively with Marketing and Product teams
- Champion the use of data to drive rigorous experimentation and data analysis
