- Have a BSc, MSc, or PhD in Speech & Signal Processing, Computational Linguistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
- Possess 1-2 years of commercial experience with Speech/ASR technologies
- Strong understanding of speech and language processing, speech recognition, natural language generation, and machine translation
- Expertise in Acoustic modelling, language modelling, Speech Enhancement, Speaker Adaptation, Multilingual ASR, and Prosody modelling
- Show genuine enthusiasm for speech technologies
- Enjoy tackling new challenges in a collaborative environment
