Requirements
- PhD in Genetics Genomics Computer Science Bioinformatics or related field
- Expertise in rigorous analysis of high-dimensional biological data
- Proficiency in R or Python or ability to transition to one

Day to day
- Lead data-intensive biology work for the Childhood Cancer Data Lab and identify opportunities to improve its offerings
- Perform and summarize analyses that reveal new treatment paths and support internal and external collaborations
- Integrate and harmonize transcriptomic genomic epigenomic proteomic and imaging data to answer pediatric cancer questions
- Work with engineering and design teams to create useful systems and produce clean maintainable code documentation and training materials
