Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science roles (industry)
- Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and pandas/numpy
- Experience with machine learning models, particularly XGBoost
- Familiarity with traditional statistical methods
- Strong background in signal processing, with experience in time series data
- Experience with medical or biological data is a plus
- Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud environments
- Strong communication skills
Nice to have
- PhD in a quantitative discipline
- Experience with chemometric or spectroscopic data analytics methods
- Familiarity with software engineering practices and deployment systems like CI/CD
Day to day
- As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping medical diagnostics.
- You’ll collaborate across clinical, scientific, and software development teams to design and implement automated data processing and machine learning algorithms.
- Your primary focus will be on signal processing, particularly working with time series data, and developing methods to analyze infrared spectroscopic data with clinical information.
