Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of Data Science experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret large complex datasets
- Deep understanding of statistical techniques and experimental design
- Knowledge of core machine learning methods and tradeoffs
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Ability to research and adopt new methods independently

Day to day
- Optimize the Cint Exchange by developing data-driven solutions that improve product performance and inform new offerings.
- Research, build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models while evaluating their performance and impact on marketplace outcomes.
- Analyze large, complex datasets and design experiments to uncover insights that shape pricing strategy, supply-demand balance, and product decisions.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to test ideas, validate hypotheses, and present clear recommendations.
