Requirements
- Master's degree in applied mathematics statistics data science computer science or related field with 2+ years of experience OR bachelor’s degree in one of those fields with 3+ years of experience
- Proven track record of designing and building statistical and machine learning models to solve complex problems
- Proficiency in SQL and Python – including Pandas NumPy TensorFlow PyTorch and other standard data science libraries
- Experience working in a cloud computing environment such as AWS GCP or similar
- Experience working with healthcare claims and electronic health record data
- Ability to engage business leaders to gain deep understanding of the problems to be solved and desired outcomes and collaborate with others to create a solution
- Open mind and desire to collaborate with others consider different ideas accept feedback and find common ground on the best path forward
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including data visualization and the ability to clearly communicate complex findings to leaders in other departments
- Attention to detail and ability to manage schedules and deadlines independently

- Analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends
- Developing predictive models to support business decisions
