Requirements
- MS SQL Server 2016 or newer experience
- Strong T-SQL stored procedure and query optimization skills
- ETL and SSIS experience
- Relational database and data warehousing knowledge
- Experience handling HL7 v2.3.1 to 2.5.1 and ORU messages
- XML data exchange and integration experience
- Knowledge of CDC HIPAA CJIS PHI and PII compliance
- Ability to manage large datasets 1 TB+
- Requirement gathering and technical documentation skills
- Experience with public health or disease surveillance systems preferred
- SAS experience preferred
- LOINC and SNOMED terminology experience preferred
- Experience with FASTQ files and demultiplexing preferred
- R or R Studio experience preferred
