Requirements
- 8+ years in data center facilities power systems or critical electrical infrastructure with customer-facing technical work
- Able to check compute loads against power and cooling including rack densities heat rejection airflow and liquid cooling
- Coordinate and process one-line diagrams equipment submittals MEP drawings and factory quotes
- Working knowledge of LV distribution and MV equipment through 35 kV including switchboards switchgear transformers and generator integration
- Have written technical proposal design-basis or RFP RFQ response content
- Comfortable with early stage uneven workload and building your own checklists

- PE license
- Data center credential
- Hands-on GPU or HPC racks
- Commissioning experience

- Owner's-engineer experience
- US approvals familiarity
- Fabrication quotation review
- Import documentation familiarity
Day to day
- Own the site data request and chase missing utility, permitting, layout, and schedule details from prospects and partners.
- Review proposed AI data center configurations to confirm electrical capacity, redundancy, cooling, generator sizing, and compatibility across all systems.
- Draft budgetary technical proposal content, evaluate RFQs and fabricator quotes, and join customer and supplier calls to document claims and open issues.
