- Proven track record in growth marketing, preferably within the crypto, DeFi, AI, and/or Blockchain space
- Deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency markets
- Exceptional creativity with the ability to think outside the box and execute unconventional marketing strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively convey complex concepts
- Proficient in using analytics tools to measure performance and inform decision-making
- Comfortable using various digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics software
- Understanding of Farcaster, Guild, DeBank and the power of KOL and influencer marketing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Passion for community building and engagement, with a knack for understanding and leveraging crypto community dynamics
- A true Degen at heart, with a love for the wild world of crypto and a fearless approach to experimentation and risk-taking
- C1 (Proficient) level of written and spoken English
- Willingness and ability to work in a fully remote setting
- Experience working within a diverse, multicultural team

- Designing and executing bold, innovative growth marketing strategies that drive rapid user growth and market penetration
- Planning, launching, and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media channels
- Cultivating and engaging with our DeFi community on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter to build a strong, loyal user base
