Who you are

• Proven track record in growth marketing, preferably within the crypto, DeFi, AI, and/or Blockchain space
• Deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency markets
• Exceptional creativity with the ability to think outside the box and execute unconventional marketing strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively convey complex concepts
• Proficient in using analytics tools to measure performance and inform decision-making
• Comfortable using various digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics software
• Understanding of Farcaster, Guild, DeBank and the power of KOL and influencer marketing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy
• Passion for community building and engagement, with a knack for understanding and leveraging crypto community dynamics
• A true Degen at heart, with a love for the wild world of crypto and a fearless approach to experimentation and risk-taking
• C1 (Proficient) level of written and spoken English
• Willingness and ability to work in a fully remote setting
• Experience working within a diverse, multicultural team
