Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced software development or fintech environment
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software. We use Jira and Notion
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes

Day to day

  • Oversee the successful delivery of projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the defined objectives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritise, and execute projects, considering resources, dependencies, and risks
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project delivery processes and methodologies
