- 5+ years in Demand Gen ABM or Growth Marketing in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on HubSpot and Salesforce experience including workflows scoring and lifecycle stages
- Experience building and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns
- Comfort owning both strategy and execution
- Fluent English

Day to day
- Own Gatling's ABM and demand generation engine to turn account signals into pipeline and content into conversion.
- Design and run account-based marketing strategies targeting ideal customer profile accounts with precision.
- Build multi-touch outreach sequences across email and LinkedIn while aligning messaging with DevRel Product Marketing and Sales.
- Translate intent signals and usage data into structured nurturing plays and improve CRM lifecycle logic scoring and data quality in HubSpot.
- Run limited paid retargeting campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn to support ABM efforts.
