Who you are

  • Experience partnering with sales teams to drive B2B leads through multi-channel outbound and inbound marketing campaigns
  • Self-starter and work well under pressure in a high-growth environment that is constantly changing
  • Expert understanding of B2B demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth
  • Excellent communication skills, including data crunching and storytelling
  • Analytically inclined, with exceptional project management skills and rigorous attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Seasoned marketing professional with at least 2 years experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM software, Google Analytics, and Google Ads

  • Sound knowledge of SEO principles and techniques

What the job involves

  • You will play a pivotal role by taking ownership of generating qualified sales leads and opportunities
  • You will work across all marketing channels, identifying ways to deliver results at targeted customer acquisition costs
  • You will oversee planning and driving demand generation activity, from execution to analysis, and create campaigns that deliver a flow of qualified leads while monitoring ROI and optimizing CAC
  • You will support the forecasting and delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead generation targets, manage the paid social, paid search, and retargeting channels, and occasionally manage webinars and awards applications
  • You will create and execute an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plan, define success metrics, perform performance analysis of demand generation activities, and analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations to meet sales targets
  • You will track marketing campaign ROI, control the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance, and track lead lifecycle and conversion rates from inquiry to closed deal
  • You will set up appropriate lead management, scoring, and reporting processes to assist the sales team and maintain the content of the marketing website to improve organic search performance
