Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Ability and desire to travel frequently
Self-starter, minimal assistance

Strong communication skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

Nice to have

Prior IT or tech repair experience
Strong technical ability with tasks like installing drivers diagnosing system issues and building PCs using off-the-shelf components.

Day to day

Deploying and installing technology and hardware across the country.
Handling customer support tickets and calls.
Ensuring projects are completed on time.
Assisting customers to be successful with Mashgin.
Collaborating directly with product engineers in addition to users, customers, and clients.
